Deluxe Chilled Salad Bar Our Chilled Salad Bar is a great way to engage children and encourage them to make healthy choices at lunch times. The special lift-out base in these trolleys enables you to insert ice packs to ensure that the food is kept even fresher. There are 8 stainless steel salad bowls which are easy to remove. The enables you to both easily fill the bowls and also clean them. The top with insert holes also lifts off for easy cleaning. The stainless steel base will also fit Gastronorm dishes should you prefer (these are not included). The lockable castors make movement extremely easy but are also a perfect safety mechanism. Once the bar is in place, simply lock the castors to prevent movement as your children choose their items. You will find there is a fold away tray rail. This provides the perfect place for children to rest their trays as they perfect their motor skills by serving their salad. When it is time to store the unit, simply fold the tray rail down to ensure it takes up minimum space when not in use. You can choose from either 1 or 2 novelty fruits on the salad bar. You can also add an additional tray rail to make this item double sided. At 65cm high, it is the perfect child-friendly height for school catering.
