Fully Chromatic Xylophone This fully chromatic xylophone is ideal for the classroom. There are two parts to this instrument. One part is an alto diatonic xylophone which has 3 beaters and 4 extra notes. This is the equivalent to the white keys on a piano ranging from C40 to A61. The second part is an alto chromatic half xylophone with 6 notes. This is represented by the black keys on a piano within the same range. Both parts are correctly raised and spaced to fit together for playing. This school xylophone is perfect for ensembles and also in a classroom environment.
