- Ingredients : Tamarind, Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Jaggery, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida (Hing), Salt, Turmeric, Cold-pressed Oil. Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months for best flavor. Usage Instructions: Cook 1.5 to 2 cups of rice and allow it to cool slightly. In a pan, heat 1–2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Add mustard seeds, a few curry leaves, and roasted peanuts (optional). Stir in 2–3 teaspoons of GK Puliyogare Gojju and let it blend with the oil. Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly until the masala coats the rice. Serve hot or pack for travel/lunch. Enjoy with curd, papad, or fried snacks.
